The guild UI will show you all the guild members with a particular profession and their recipes/patterns.
It would normally be expected that guild members do not charge a crafting fee to other guild members, but it is at the discretion of each guild member to decide.
If you need boxes to be opened, ask any Rogue in the guild or Blacksmith.
